Candy Company – Who Invented Skittles?
Skittles were devised by a gentleman who was named, by no coincidence, Mr. Skittle. Mr. Skittle began to experiment with a myriad of different flavored candies in order to taste the rainbow. The five original flavors were created by Mr. Candy Company.
Skittle himself. In 1974, full production of skittles began by and English candy company. As demand for skittles grew, these candies began to be shipped internationally, coming to the United States in 1979 as an import candy. Today there are more then 18 different varieties of skittles.
Candy Company – Edible, Delectable, Promotional Gifts
Sweets are a cheap and easy way to attract people to your company, and there are a number of different kinds that can act as promotional items as well. In addition to offering a business card to people who visit your stand, give out some mints. Promotional candies will have your company or product name or logo stamped onto the wrapper. Not every company that puts together promotional products offers some that are edible.
You can choose from starlight mints, dinner mints, and small chocolate squares, just to name a few. Promotional items can be kept around your office as well, and these delicious little morsels are perfect for that. If you have an active sales team that speaks to customers face to face, having candies available on their desks will make customers feel more comfortable.
There are really a number of great ways sweets come in handy, so remember to be creative and let people’s sugar tooth guide them to your promotional gifts for your Candy Company.
